Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on AI Full-Stack Developer who thrives in fast-paced R&D environments and enjoys building AI-driven solutions from prototype to production.

This is not a classic backend-only role. You will work at the intersection of AI prototyping, workflow automation, and product integration — collaborating directly with product, design, and leadership teams to bring new AI features into our commercial platform.

You will take part in the full lifecycle: Idea → Rapid Prototype → AI Workflow → Frontend/Backend Enhancement → Product Integration

• Develop and prototype AI-powered solutions (LLM-based tools, conversational interfaces, AI automation workflows).
• Build and enhance an AI chat solution working with platform-wide real estate data.
• Improve and productionize AI-based automation for request processing.
• Integrate AI prototypes into the core product platform.
• Develop frontend components using React / Next.js.
• Implement backend logic using Python and TypeScript.
• Work with APIs and internal services for seamless integration.
• Deploy and manage services using Docker and AWS.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and the main development team.
• Continuously iterate and improve features based on feedback and business needs.

• Strong experience with TypeScript and Python.
• Solid experience with React / Next.js.
• Experience with Docker and AWS.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, AI tools, or RAG-based systems.
• Experience integrating APIs and building production-ready features.
• Strong system thinking and ability to understand complex workflows.
• Ability to move fast and work iteratively.
• Self-driven and comfortable working with high autonomy

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Replit, Cursor
• Experience with AI workflow / automation platforms (e.g., Make, n8n, Stack AI)
• Experience taking AI prototypes from proof-of-concept to production
• Pet projects or open-source contributions in the AI space
• Experience in PropTech or B2B SaaS products
